5 Current Beauty Obsessions
There’s never really a time in which I’m not obsessing over something. With the excessive amount of product launches and wanting to try them all, it’s inevitable to go crazy over the next, big thing. And it really doesn’t help when you’re already obsessed with beauty and makeup. But people, that’s the way it is, and frankly I’m ok with that. Below: My five current obsessions.
Stella McCartney Pop
I absolutely love this fragrance. It’s a floral scent with woody notes that’s modern and fun. I recently got a sample from Sephora, and I love you can wear this both day and night. Soon I’ll be getting me an actual bottle of this!
Pixi Hydrating Milky Mist
Because I was blessed with dry skin (not), I’m obsessed with skincare and products that will instantly hydrate my skin. I’ve recently been loving this brand in general, but I haven’t tried too many of their products yet. One I’ve really been loving is this milky mist that not only smells delicious, but it’s also very hydrating. It’s a blend of hyaluronic acid, black oat, provitamin A, and linoleic acid working together to give you smooth, plump skin. Yaaassss!
Anastasia Beverly Hills Glow Kit
I recently purchased this glow kit in Gleam and I think it’s beautiful. It comes with four gorgeous shades, which you can wear individually or pack them on together. It’s a lovely highlight that’s very noticeable, yet it’s not over the top. It adds the perfect boost of extra glow.
Belif The True Cream- moisturizing bomb
As I’ve mentioned, I have very dry skin, and this face cream has been my absolute savior. I finished one and went back for another. I really don’t think I’ve ever loved a face cream so much! As soon as I rub it onto my face, my skin instantly feels smooth and hydrated. It’s an absolute dream. If you haven’t heard of Belif, they’re a Korean skincare brand you can find at Sephora, and it’s really amazing. I also use their Witch Hazel Herbal Extract Toner, which I’ll also be stocking up on very soon.
There’s no better time to wear bright and pastel liners than spring and summer. You can still wear ‘em in the cold, winter months, but it’s just not the same, ya know? And as crazy as it sounds, I’ve been having a thing for yellow on the eyes. It’s a fun pop of color you can add to the inner corners or along your upper lash line. The Aqua XL eye pencil above is by Make Up For Ever and it’s super creamy and long lasting. Don’t be afraid to try colors like these out. You just might love it!
